It´s extremely insane that we have come to the point that doctors get assaulted / hunted by the government and companies when they actually help. Making good and a lot of money is good if you stay in the moral level. The gov has failed to secure it self and his people from aggressive companies who will be responsible for the total break down !
you might like to read the book Lick the Sugar Habit by Nancy Appleton. She references literature on how even a little bit of sugar upsets the mineral balance in your body. waiting an hour won’t help. complex carbohydrates are your friend, yes. but added sweeteners are definitely not!
I got the H1N1 and took colloidal silver and felt better in 2-3 days. Same results with my son who has a weakened immune system from flu shots (before I woke up) – he was better in 2 days with colloidal silver, I highly recommend this product.
Vitamin C is great for you, but if your liver is not functioning to near normal, then *any* vitamin or nutrient supplement won’t be properly absorbed into the bloodstream.
For that you have to cleanse your liver by taking Milk Thistle (I’m allergic to it though) or Lecithin.
Sugar is your friend, but, as with all drugs (yes it is a drug) enjoying too much can cause health problems. Don’t make it a chronic habit or eat sugar blobs right after dinner. Wait an hour or so.
Dairy and sugar when sick trashes the lymphatic likely to prolong illness and worsen symptoms.
The complex sugars in fruit are processed somewhat differently. Raw fruit has enzymes that helps to burn it as energy and digest excess.
Cane or beet, a simple carbohydrate, what isn’t used at once is stored as fat. If too much at once, spikes insulin disrupting immune function for several hours. Same for alcohol…causing acute, short-term hyperglycemia, dirupting all major components of innate immunity impairing the ability of the host to combat infections.
